Cancellation Policy

• We will refund your payment in full if you need to cancel within 2 months of your Retreat
• We will refund 50% of your payment if you need to cancel within 1 month of your Retreat
• We will refund 25% of your payment if you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your Retreat
• No refund is available if you need to cancel less that 2 weeks before your Retreat
• In the event of our Retreat accommodation being unavailable due to a problem with the house or facilities, we have the right to cancel your booking in advance and you will be refunded the full amount of your booking.
• We would only cancel your ​Retreat if it ​was unavailable for reasons beyond our control such as fire, flooding or structural problems​. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation – however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Liability would not extend beyond this refund.
