Lucy Holtom, Living Your Yoga
With 25 years’ yoga experience gained from around the globe, Lucy’s teachings include Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, yoga Nidra and yoga for women’s health. Working alongside Menopause expert Dr Louise Newson, Lucy continues to explore how different yogic practices can support women at different stages of their lives.
